Free mat yoga on the car-free Great Highway by Ocean Beach on the fourth Sunday of each month. It's part of the neighbourhood's Sundays at the Beach series, which has chair yoga, live music and tai chi on the other Sundays. Afterwards, coffee at Java Beach is on the organisers. Bring a mat and a layer, because the beach wind is real.
