A playful 5 to 7 mile trail loop through the Presidio: hills, banter and regular regroup breaks, at roughly 8:00 to 9:30 minute miles. Afterwards people hang around the store for snacks and conversation. Bring a headlamp once it gets dark early. Suits runners who are ready for trails and want a crew to push them a bit.
